I am a specialist in old and rare magic books. All the books are described using the condition guidelines set forth by the Antiquarian Society of America. The symbols used to describe the condition of the book/dustjacket are as follows:

M - Mint or new:     This is the condition the book is in when it comes from the printer. The dustjacket has no tears or scuffs -- completely bright and white.

F - Fine:     This is the condition one would expect the book to be in if the book was new, but not read; or read once by a reader that took very good care of the book and dustjacket.

G - Good:     This is the condition one would expect the book to be in if the book had remained on the Seller's shelf for a long period of time and many people had "thumbed" through it. The dustjacket might be scuffed, torn or abraided.

P - Poor or Fair:     In this condition the book is not a collectable -- reading copy only.

All books are mailed insured Priority Mail. Packages over $100.00 are shipped with delivery confirmation. Packages over $500.00 are shipped registered insured Priority Mail.

Some people may complain that my shipping costs are somewhat high. The Shopping Cart overcalculates shipping costs so that I can pack the shipment in a way that I feel is secure. Any money remaining after shipping costs is refunded to the purchaser via personal check.
